Every Saturday, Yannick Alléno opens the brand-new kitchens of his 3-star Michelin Guide France 2023 restaurant and steps aside from the stoves for "Cooking Moments" and conviviality with Mauviel1830.
These classes, led by a chef from Pavillon Ledoyen, will offer aspiring chefs an unprecedented discovery of the behind-the-scenes of the kitchen of the two-time three-star Michelin Guide France 2023 chef. They will provide a better understanding of products, cooking techniques, and the tricks of 3-star chefs that make all the difference...
During the sessions, you will prepare recipes from the menu of Pavillon Ledoyen, using Mauviel1830 utensils, of course.
OUR 3-STAR MICHELIN WORKSHOPS SIGNED BY YANNICK ALLENO:
Full-day session: preparation of a menu - from starter to dessert - & tasting in the lounge.
For generous gourmets, you have the option to invite a guest to share the meal with you!

Full-day session (course followed by a meal in the lounge):
Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Price for the full-day session: €345 including taxes per person (course + tasting)
Option: €190 including taxes for one companion at the meal.
Group of up to 8 people, subject to availability on the selected day.

Half-day experience (course followed by the meal in private room):
- Saturday from 8:30am to 4:00pm
Half-day experience price: 345 euros per person including tax (course + meal)
Option: 190 euros including tax for a guest of your choice to share the meal prepared with
