UNCOMPLICATED GASTRONOMY
With Pavyllon, Chef Yannick Alléno pays homage to his bistro heritage in a more modern vision. The emblematic counter overlooking the open kitchen is present, symbolizing exchanges and conviviality around which guests gather. On the terrace, the ambiance changes with the seasons: sometimes a verdant space in the summer, other times a cozy winter garden.
The plate plays with the codes of gastronomy and combinations, such as the iconic Surf & Turf featuring Wagyu beef, or the daring and delicious Black Pepper Beef Fillet with Williams pears.
Regarding the setting, the renowned and talented Chahan Minassian is the designer of the place. Every detail has been carefully thought out: a bronze-patinated metallic wood counter, velvet and suede for the seats, cerused oak panels on the walls, and a geometric layout of enameled faience tiles punctuated with small smoked mirrors reflecting the garden.
