Pavillon Ledoyen, managed by Chef Yannick Alléno, is above all a team of men and women who work daily for the success of our three Michelin-starred restaurants and our event spaces. Kitchen, service, sommelier, pastry, business, finance, human resources... it is a whole set of professions that contribute to the influence of the most Michelin-starred independent establishment in the world. Team spirit, attention to detail, and commitment are at the heart of their concerns, aiming to make the customer experience a memorable one. Calculated as a percentage, the Gender Equality Index for our company consists of four indicators: wage gaps, distribution gaps in individual raises, percentage of female employees who received raises upon returning from maternity leave, and parity among the top 10 highest remunerations in the company. The Management confirms its commitment to workplace equality between men and women by achieving a score of 84% for the year 2023. At every stage of professional life—sourcing, recruitment, training, remuneration, promotion, mobility—we are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and respect within the Pavillon Ledoyen teams.
For the 2023 fiscal year, our company's gender equality index stands at 84%, with a point total of 71 (as declared to the Ministry of Labor, Health, and Solidarity).
The company commits to continuing its efforts towards professional equality between men and women. In terms of remuneration, equal pay is offered for equal positions.
Regarding the top ten highest remunerations, if a position becomes available and a woman candidate with the required skills applies, she will be given priority. This can be achieved both internally (promotion) and externally (recruitment).
The company will continue its efforts to always strive for a more favorable index and continuously improve the working conditions for all employees. For example, since the beginning of 2023, the company has decided to invest in intercompany nursery spots, allowing parent employees who wish to benefit from an optimal organization regarding the balance between professional and personal life.
