Our Culture
For over ten years, the Group has been actively pursuing initiatives to ensure a work environment that combines excellence, respect, and diversity. The Group aims to train the younger generation of professionals in line with these values and transmission methods, making the Yannick Alléno Group a pioneer in work-life quality.
Creativity & Progress
Present both in France and internationally, the Group promotes internal mobility for its employees, with the opportunity to evolve across its different restaurants, from Paris to Monaco, Dubai, London, or Seoul. Committed to transmission, Chef Alléno is passionate about sharing his know-how and vision with his teams.
Today, nearly a hundred chefs, including both men and women in the front-of-house teams, have had the opportunity to work alongside him. Among them, around forty chefs have earned a Michelin star. In 2025, the opening of Pavyllon Lyon École will further solidify this commitment to training the next generation of professionals.

HR services are accessible daily, allowing employees to receive prompt answers to their requests. Moreover, dedicated listening spaces have been created, including sessions with a work psychologist, allowing employees to express themselves freely in a confidential setting, thereby enhancing team well-being. Every collaborator is responsible for their own success, just as every manager is responsible for the success and well-being of their team.
