Spanning nearly 1,600 square meters and multiple floors, Pavillon Ledoyen is home to three Michelin-starred restaurants, offering a full immersion into the Chef's universe: Alléno Paris*, L'Abysse, and Pavyllon Paris, each delivering its own distinctive experience.

At the highest level of excellence, French and Japanese know-how intertwine, blend, and respond to each other. At the counter, guests admire the master’s movements and precision as he prepares nigiri, made to order on rice at ambient temperature. From the chef’s hand to that of the guest, there is a transfer of energy.
Surrounding the experience, the setting is modern and intimate, like a sensitive and timeless encounter. It is here that Laurence Bonnel-Alléno brings together contemporary international artists, such as Tadashi Kawamata and William Coggin, to create a décor that embodies Japanese minimalism, balancing strength and softness.
