An uninhibited gastronomy

Each dish playfully reinterprets the codes of fine dining and creative pairings, such as the iconic "Surf & Turf" crafted with Wagyu beef, or the bold and delightful "Black Pepper Beef Fillet with Williams Pear."

The pursuit of perfect flavor and the artistry of sauces, which harmoniously connect each element on the plate, are at the heart of Chef Yannick Alléno's cuisine.

Modern sauces, crafted like perfumes, are brought to life through advanced techniques such as extraction, fermentation, and cryoconcentration. Pavyllon embodies an uninhibited approach to gastronomy, where guests can enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner during the week, or an à la carte brunch on weekends.

Prepared right before the eyes of guests, the desserts at Pavyllon Paris are both indulgent and creative. From lunch to dinner, and even during Sunday brunch, the pastry offerings evolve with the seasons and the chefs' inspirations.
