Vincent Javaux, Group director of sommellerie, and Miguel Giteau, head sommelier at Pavyllon Paris, collaborate with a team of 12 sommeliers, combining their skills and sensitivities to offer guests a personalized wine experience.

The wine list, featuring over 1,000 references, aims to meet the tastes and expectations of diners while enhancing Chef Alléno's cuisine.
