From November 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, the Pavillon Ledoyen, a neoclassical jewel in the heart of Paris and a landmark of haute gastronomie led by Yannick Alléno, the most Michelin-starred chef in the world, dons its winter attire to welcome La Table d’Hiver de Yannick Alléno, a unique gastronomic experience designed for moments shared among friends, family, or loved ones.
This experience may also be offered in a cocktail format, featuring convivial culinary stations such as raclette or the traditional "soupe aux cailloux," adding an interactive and warm touch to the evening.
In a soft and cozy atmosphere, this ephemeral “Pavillon d’Altitude” becomes an exceptional setting for generous gatherings, inviting families or groups of friends to enjoy a moment of togetherness around an exclusive menu celebrating mountain flavours and the spirit of winter.
A HOST’S TABLE FOR SPECIAL GATHERINGS
From 10 guests upwards, this host’s table transforms into an elegant cocoon, ideal for celebrating a special occasion — a birthday or simply a memorable moment among friends. Both lunch and dinner become an opportunity to gather around comforting, inventive, and refined dishes, served in the intimate and elegant setting of the Pavillon Ledoyen. For this first edition, Chef Yannick Alléno and Pastry Chef Valentin Mille pay tribute to wood, an emblematic material of the holidays. Inspired by Yakisugi, the Japanese technique of charred wood, the Yule log features a deep black finish and a striking, sculptural aesthetic.
A true edible artwork, it celebrates nature, Japan, and artistry—three major sources of inspiration for Chef Alléno.
