Prunier by Yannick Alléno

Intérieur du restaurant Prunier par Yannick Alléno rue Victor Hugo à Paris
  • In 2022, Chef Yannick Alléno took over the menu of this century-old institution, founded by Emile Prunier in 1920, which epitomizes the excellence of seafood.
  • The Chef brings his modern vision of cuisine while respecting the traditions of this iconic Maison. Fish, shellfish, crustaceans, as well as the signature Christian Dior Egg reimagined with a ham extraction jelly, and the emblematic Crêpes Suzette, are served with French finesse and artistry.

«All that comes from the see»

The menu highlights "All that comes from the Sea" (Emile Prunier's motto), a culinary offering that bridges the Maison's great classics with contemporary desires.

Purists will savor the iconic Christian Dior Egg, exquisite sole meunière, and a selection of signature caviars sourced directly from the Dordogne Manufacture.

Refreshing new creations, intrinsically tied to the excellence of seasonal ingredients, will delight those seeking a gourmet experience, including crab meat delicacies and gray shrimp extractions.
