Local producers

From the Atlantic Ocean to the Pyrenees, through the Landes, Dordogne, Agenais, Gironde, and Garonne regions, the surrounding areas are rich with dedicated producers whose offerings reflect expertise and respect for the land and its people.

La Table de Pavie has cultivated close relationships with these producers over many years. Yannick Alléno pays homage to them by elevating the finest products: Aquitaine caviar, Atlantic sea bass, fruits and vegetables from local orchards and gardens, Landes asparagus, and more.
