Alléno & Rivoire presents its Epiphany Diptych

For Epiphany, Chefs Yannick Alléno and Aurélien Rivoire present two new creations designed like a diptych: on the one hand, a Galette des Reines with chocolate almond cream and orange compote, sprinkled with corn crisp.

On the other hand, a King's Tablet topped with soft chocolate cream and orange compote. A gastronomic and complementary Diptych, in which pastry and chocolate mingle and respond to each other.

La Galette des Reines is filled with delicious chocolate almond cream and orange compote. It is then sprinkled with corn crisp to provide a nice contrast of textures.


Combining pastry and chocolate expertise, the Tablette des Rois is filled with soft chocolate cream and orange compote. A pure delicacy, which is a perfect match for the Queen's Cake.


The Epiphany Diptych, a subtle play of textures between crunch and fondant, is a true gastronomic delight.
